Scheduling
Dr. Rickard's office is open Monday and Wednesday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and most Saturdays 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We pride ourselves in our ability stay on schedule. When we schedule your appointment we are reasonably sure that we will be able to seat you at that time so please schedule your appointment for at a time that you will be reasonably sure to be here on time. Of course, emergency cases and unanticipated circumstances can cause always delays in our schedules, and when they do, please let us know as soon as possible and we promise to do the same.
