Insurance Information

Dr. Rickard  accepts insurance assignment.  Simply provide us with your insurance information and we will submit your claims  electronically and follow through until your claim is settled.  

 

At your visits, we estimate your  co-payments. These estimated co-payments are due at the time of treatment unless arrangements were made with us prior to your appointments. Estimated copayments  are only estimates only of your actual dental benefits and not guaranteed. As a patient you are responsible for any balance not paid by your insurance. Only your dental benefit plan can describe your exact dental benefits to you.
 
If we underesetimate your insurance benefits you will be responsible for any remaining balance when your insuance company settles your claim.  Any over payments will be refunded to you.
 
 
 
Dr. Rickard is a contracted dentist with the following major dental benefit networks. As network providers we have signed a contract with specific insurance companies so that you some people can receive in network benefits.
