Dr. Rickard  accepts insurance assignment.  If you provide us with your insurance information and we will submit your claims  electronically and follow through until your claim is settled.

At your visits, we estimate your insurance benefits and subtract them form your bill to determine your estimated copayment. Estimated copayments are due at the time of your visits unless arrangements were made with us prior to your appointments. Your actual insurance benefit may be less than we estimate due to limitations in your insurance policy.   Only your dental benefit plan can describe your exact dental benefits to you.

We will apply any discounts due to you due to network agreements from you bill when the insurance settles your claim.

You will be responsible for any remaining balance when your insurance company settles your claim.  Likewise, any over payments will be refunded to you.
